1. Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

2. إلـٰهِي أَلْبَسَتْنِي الْخَطايا ثَوْبَ مَذَلَّتِي، My Allah, offenses have clothed me in the garment of my lowliness, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

3. وَجَلَّلَنِي التَّباعُدُ مِنْكَ لِباسَ مَسْكَنَتِي، separation from You has wrapped me in the clothing of my misery! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

4. وَأَماتَ قَلْبِي عَظِيمُ جِنايَتِي، My dreadful crimes have deadened my heart Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

5. فَأَحْيِه بِتَوْبَةٍ مِنْكَ يا أَمَلِي وَبُغْيَتِي، So bring it to life by repentance from You! O my hope and my aim! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

6. وَيا سُؤْلِي وَمُنْيَتِي، O my wish and my want! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

7. فَوَعِزَّتِكَ ما أَجِدُ لِذُنُوبِي سِواكَ غافِراً، By Your might, I find no one but You to forgive my sins Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

8. وَلا أَرَىٰ لِكَسْرِي غَيْرَكَ جابِراً، And I see none but You to mend my brokenness Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

9. وَقَدْ خَضَعْتُ بِالإِنابَةِ إلَيْكَ I have subjected myself to You in repeated turning Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

10. وَعَنَوْتُ بِالاسْتِكانَةِ لَدَيْكَ، I have humbled myself to You in abasement Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

11. فَإنْ طَرَدْتَنِي مِنْ بابِكَ فَبِمَنْ أَلُوذُ؟ If You cast me out from Your door, in whom shall I take shelter? Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

12. وَإنْ رَدَدْتَنِي عَنْ جَنابِكَ فَبِمَنْ أَعُوذُ؟ If You repel me from Your side, in whom shall I seek refuge? Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

13. فَوَا أَسَفاهُ مِنْ خَجْلَتِي وَافْتِضَاحِي، O my grief at my ignominy and disgrace! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

14. وَوا لَهْفاهُ مِنْ سُوءِ عَمَلِي وَاجْتِراحِي. O my sorrow at my evil works and what I have committed! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

15. أَسْأَلُكَ يا غافِرَ الذَّنْبِ الْكَبِيرِ I ask You, O Forgiver of great sins, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

16. وَيا جابِرَ الْعَظْمِ الْكَسِيرِ، O mender of broken bones, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

17. أَنْ تَهَبَ لِي مُوبِقاتِ الْجَرائِرِ، To overlook my ruinous misdeeds Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

18. وَتَسْتُرَ عَلَيَّ فاضِحاتِ السَّرائِرِ، And cover my disgraceful secret thoughts! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

19. وَلا تُخْلِنِي فِي مَشْهَدِ الْقِيامَةِ مِنْ بَرْدِ عَفْوِكَ وَغَفْرِكَ، At the witnessing place of the resurrection, empty me not of the coolness of Your pardon and forgiveness, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

20. وَلا تُعْرِنِي مِنْ جَمِيلِ صَفْحِكَ وَسَتْرِكَ and strip me not of Your beautiful forbearance and covering! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

21. إِلـٰهِي ظَلِّلْ عَلَىٰ ذُنُوبِي غَمامَ رَحْمَتِكَ، My Allah, let the cloud of Your mercy cast its shadow upon my sins Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

22. وَأَرْسِلْ عَلىٰ عُيُوبِي سَحابَ رَأْفَتِكَ and send the billow of Your clemency flowing over my faults! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

23. لـٰهِي هَلْ يَرْجِعُ الْعَبْدُ الأَبِقُ إلاَّ إلَىٰ مَوْلاهُ My Allah, does the fugitive servant return to anyone other than his Master? Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

24. أَمْ هَلْ يُجِيرُهُ مِنْ سَخَطِهِ أَحَدٌ سِواهُ؟ Or does anyone grant him sanctuary from his Master’s wrath other than his Master Himself? Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

25. إِلـٰهِي إنْ كانَ النَّدَمُ عَلَىٰ الذَّنْب تَوْبَةً، My Allah, if remorse for sins is a repentance, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

26. فَإِنِّي وَعِزَّتِكَ مِنَ النَّادِمِينَ، I - by Your might - am one of the remorseful! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

27. وَإِنْ كَانَ الاسْتِغْفارُ مِنَ الْخَطيئَةِ حِطَّةً، If praying forgiveness for offenses is an alleviation, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

28. فَإِنِّي لَكَ مِنَ الُمُسْتَغْفِرِينَ، I am one of those who pray forgiveness! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

29. لَكَ الْعُتْبىٰ حَتَّىٰ تَرْضَىٰ. To You I return that You may be well pleased! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

30. إِلـٰهِي بِقُدْرَتِكَ عَلَيَّ تُبْ عَلَيَّ، My Allah, through Your power over me, turn toward me, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

31. وَبِحِلْمِكَ عَنِّي اعْفُ عَنِّي، through Your clemency toward me, pardon me, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

32. وَبِعِلْمِكَ بِي ارْفَقْ بِي. and through Your knowledge of me, be gentle toward me! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

33. إِلـٰهِي أَنْتَ الَّذِي فَتَحْتَ لِعِبادِكَ بَابَاً إلَىٰ عَفْوِكَ سَمَّيْتَهُ التَّوْبَةَ، My God, You are He who has opened a door to Your pardon and named it 'repentance', Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

34. فَقُلْتَ : ( تُوبُوا إلَىٰ اللَّهِ تَوْبَةً نَصُوحَاً ) ، for You said, Repent to God with unswerving repentance. Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

35. فَما عُذْرُ مَنْ أَغْفَلَ دُخُولَ الْبابِ بَعْدَ فَتْحِهِ. What is the excuse of him who remains heedless of entering the door after its opening? Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

36. إِلـٰهِي إنْ كانَ قَبُحَ الذَّنْبُ مِنْ عَبْدِكَ My God, though the sins of Your servant are ugly, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

37. فَلْيَحْسُنِ الْعَفْوُ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ. Your pardon is beautiful Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

38. إِلـٰهِي ما أَنَا بِأَوَّلِ مَنْ عَصاكَ، فَتُبْتَ عَلَيْهِ، My God, I am not the first to have disobeyed You, and You turned toward him, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

39. وَتَعَرَّضَ بِمَعْرُوفِكَ، فَجُدْتَ عَلَيْهِ، or to have sought to attain Your favour, and You were munificent toward him. Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

40. يا مُجِيبَ الْمُضْطَرِّ، O Responder to the distressed! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

41. يا كَاشِفَ الضُّرِّ، O Remover of injury! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

42. يا عَظِيمَ الْبِرِّ، O Great in goodness Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

43. يا عَليمَاً بِما فِي السِّرِّ، O Knower of everything secret! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

44. يا جَمِيلَ السِّتْرِ O Beautiful through covering over! Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

45. اسْتَشْفَعْتُ بِجُودِكَ وَكَرَمِكَ إلَيْكَ، I seek Your munificence and Your generosity to intercede with You, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

46. وَتَوَسَّلْتُ بِجَنابِكَ وَتَرَحُّمِكَ لَدَيْكَ، I seek Your side and Your showing mercy to mediate with You, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

47. فَاسْتَجِبْ دُعائِي، so grant my supplication, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

48. وَلا تُخَيِّبْ فِيكَ رَجَائِي disappoint not my hope in You, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

49. وَتَقَبَّلْ تَوْبَتِي accept my repentance, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

50. وَكَفِّرْ خَطيئَتِي، and hide my offense, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

51. وَكَفِّرْ خَطيئَتِي، and hide my offense, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

52. بِمَنِّكَ وَرَحْمَتِكَ through Your kindness and mercy, Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters

53. يا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ. O Most Merciful of the merciful Munajaat #1 - The Whispered Prayers of the Repenters
