Wroclaw City Description It is the main city of Wroclaw agglomeration. It is the fourth most populous city in Poland and fifth in terms of area. Wroclaw is also one of the oldest Polish cities. It is located in Central Europe, the Silesian Lowland, on the Odra River.

Old Town (Stare Miasto) The oldest part of Wroclaw, derived from thirteenth- century city. It is inhabited since at least the ninth century, soon arisen accompanying settlements on the right and left riverside of the Odra.
Market of The Town Hall ( Rynek z Ratuszem ) Medieval market square in Wroclaw, now the central part of the pedestrian zone. It is one of the largest markets in the Old Town of Europe, with the biggest town hall in Poland. The buildings surrounding the market are buildings from different historical periods.
Salt Square ( Plac Solny ) The square is several hundred years old and is the secondary market of the Old Town. On the square of years is a flower market and little old fountain.
Hall of The Century ( Hala Stulecia ) It is sports and entertainment hall located in Wroclaw. Built between 1911-1913. In 2006, the hall was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Currently, Hall and the surroundings places are very frequently visited by tourists and citizens of Wroclaw.
New Market ( Nowy Targ ) One of the three historic market squares of the Old Town in Wroclaw. During World War II, was built beneath the surface of square ample shelter, currently not used, once there were shops and later a music club.
City Stadium ( Stadion Miejski ) Football stadium in Wroclaw, owned by the city of Wroclaw. The main user of the arena is a football club „Śląsk Wrocław”. The stadium was one of the arenas of EURO 2012.
Sky Tower The tallest building in Poland. The complex of residential, office, commercial space and recreation in Wroclaw. Built between 2007-2012.
The Fountain Wroclaw Multimedia Fountain was founded in 2009 and is one of the most interesting and biggest of its kind in the world. The fountain was built next to The Hall of The Century.
