Chakra Healing

So what are Chakras? There are seven main points in the body where energy is obvious, these are called Chakras. The Chakra Points (or energy centres), help determine how you feel. Chakras are like vortices of energy that spin both from the front of our bodies & the back. Each Chakra works best with certain colours.

Introduction to the Chakras When the Chakra system is not balanced you may feel disorientated, uncomfortable & lethargic. – These energy centres can get blocked & sluggish, therefore making certain aspects of our life or physical body feel the same way. – They can also spin too fast & become overactive, this in turn can also cause imbalances on various levels. With a well balanced Chakra system, each centre is working at its optimum level you will feel fit, healthy & harmonious.

Introduction to the Chakras NOTE: You may not need to energize certain chakras or others will need far more energy The Chakras can also help you communicate with the spirit realm

Opening your Chakras There are many different ways to open your Chakras Visualizing these colours going through the body will in turn open each Chakra (visualize the colours as lights, mists or whatever you feel comfortable with) By learning to open your Chakras you push your energy level out, which 'opens' you for spiritual communication NOTE! You must remember to close your Chakras because staying open too long will cause unbalancing
