2 We all know that “UMA” is the nickname of Maa Durga and she is coming to her own place with her two sons and two daughters. But one thing remains neglected always that is “KALABOU” the daughter-in-law of Maa Durga and the wife of Ganesha. We all know that the daughter-in-laws serve the mother-in-laws from ancient times in all aspect that is from cooking to homemaking. Now if we consider the housing complexes as the home of “Maa Durga” and the married women of those complexes as the Kalabou’s then we think we can easily have a cooking contest and award the Best Cook as “Sera Kalabou”. On the other hand “Kalabou” is worshiped for “sufficient food throughout the year”. On that note we can also have the cooking contest as Kalabou refers to food and food refers to cooking. From a different view “Kala” means to art in Sanskrit. As cooking is considered as an art we feel we can have this contest from this view point. CONCEPT

3 We started of with four housing complexes The complexes attended are ‘Prantik Housing’ of B.T.Road at North Kolkata, ‘Golf Towers’ of Lords Bakery Moar at South Kolkata, ‘Merlin’ of Janakalyan at Behala and ‘RBI Quarters’ of Ultadanga This year there were three complexes covering each complex on Sapatami, Ashtami and Navami respectively. The attended complexes are ‘Golf Towers’ of Lords Bakery More, ‘Merlin’ of Janakalyan at Behala (as repeat to 2007) and ‘Ganapati Enclave’ of Motilal Gupta Road at Behala. The attended complexes in 2009 are ‘James Residency’ of Motilal Gupta Road at Behala, ‘Pushpashree Housing’ of D.H.Road at Behala and finally our old associate ‘Golf Towers’ of Lords Bakery Moar. Golf Towers of Golfgreen, while James Residency was repeated, Puspashree Housing,, Merlin Grove joined in 2010, and Merlin Residency had their participation. HISTORY

4 Ganapati Enclave & Riddhi Siddhi joined us in 2011, Merlin Residency and Pushpashree Housing was continued in these season as well The show was on with 8 (housing) complexes starting the show from Sashthi to Dashami. This year we started a Mega Final with all the winners of respective housings competing in the Finals. Participated housings were Merlin Sapphire at Behala Parnashree and CMC Housing of Behala Chowrasta, Westwind, Sugam Park & Victoria Greens of Garia were new entries while Riddhi Siddhi joined again. Pushpashree Housing and Golf Towers were participants as of earlier seasons. This year we continued with the same number of housing like last year from Sashthi to Dashami. This year we continued Mega Final with all the winners of respective housings competing in the Finals. Participated housings were CMC Housing of Behala Chowrasta, Riddhi Siddhi, Tollygardens, Kirti, Regent Grace, Golftowers stay with us for this year also, Benubon Golpark, East Santoshpur Housing. This year a Folk Band was associated with us till the end. HISTORY

6 The Event Concept  Expected to start the main event from“30 th August 2014” and continue till “Dashami”  We will have total 04 (four) weekends in hand before the scheduled Semi Final so each weekend day we will cover approximately 9 apartments  From “Shashti to Saptami” we will hold the Semi Final  On Dashami we will hold the Mega Final  In this activation we will have 3 rounds as Prelims, Semi Final and Final Prelims-----  From 30 th Agugust 2014 we will start visiting all the finalized apartments  In each apartment we will ask them to prepare any food which will be judged and 4 winners will be selected from each apartment  Then it will be announced to all the residents of the participated apartment to do sms voting towards their favorite contestants  Out of them we will choose 1 competitor from each apartment for the Semi Final by SMS Voting and Judges Voting  There are one more competition will be done as Best Lady (Sera Nari) and Best Man (Sera Purush) Semi Final-----  Semi Final will start from “Shashti”  At the activation we will put up a fabricated backdrop, sound & lights  We will have 1 participants from each apartment for the Semi Final, as well we

7 Mega Final-----  Winners from Semi Final for both the competition will be eligible to compete in the Mega Final  At the Mega Final the competitions procedures will same as semi final  On the final we will provide the basic cooking mediums  At the mega final the winner and 2 runners up will be awarded as the “Sera kala bou” “Sera Nari” & “Sera Purush”  On the Mega Final we will bring some celebrities to do a PR Activity and Press Release for the whole event  Our Guest performer/s will also perform a blasting performance will also select 8 apartments on some basic guidelines from total 32 apartments where on the zone division basis qualifier participants will be called at those apartments  So from 32 qualifier we will select 8 finalist for the Grand Final as well we will also select 1 housing from the 8 Semi-Finalist apartment as the host, by Judges and SMS voting  For “Sera Nari & Purush” we will decide on the basis of few categorical way like responsibility about “home making”, “Home safety”, “Self Grooming” and the process are same as the cooking competition

9 Every activation events had two prospective side as pre activation and main event. So here we will clear the flow according to the side. The Event Flow: Pre- Activation  Once the apartments are finalized we will put up two standee's and 4 flex banners in each apartment  We will also distribute A Invitation Card with total event detail to all the households of each apartment through their association  As per the Event Concept we will start visiting the Apartments from for “Prelims” round. At the same time we will also distribute the above mentioned Items  “Prelim” round will go on till , within this time frame we will complete 32 Apartments  From each apartment we will select 4 winners and then by voting 1 winner for Semi Final  In the Invitation card all rules & regulation along with event detail will be mentioned

11 The Event Flow:  Our Semi Final will start from “Shashti” and continue till “Navami”. On “Dashami” will be Mega Final  On the main event activations there will be 1MC and 3 Promoters to run the show and 1 coordinatior  Apart from the Cooking Competition there will be “Sera Nari” & “Sera Purush” Competition will be followed on  Along with these activations we will have one more activation, which will be decided on the basis of Sponsor choice or according to their product nature  On the main event as a entertainment we will take a Musical Band to give the activation a complete look  In each apartment our activation will be for 3 hours  In the activation Musical Performance will carry on with the whole event on the basis of Fillers  The Musical Band which we are going to select does soothing music for all ages  The President / Secretary of each apartment along with one person from our side and one person from your side will act as Judge  On the Mega Final we will have some eminent persons with us to act as Judge  On the Mega Final our Guest Performer/s will perform a big bash  Mega Final will be done any of the Apartment out of all finalized apartments

12 The Event Flow: Prizes On the Main event days “Prelim” to “Semi Final” our winners will get a Certificate On the Mega Final Our Winners will get Gift Hampers, Certificate and a Trophy Winners from other activations will be awarded on the Mega final with Trophy “Sera Abasan” (The Best Apartment), “Sera Sanghathak”(The Best Arranger) and “Lifetime Achievement” (Nominated by the apartments and then judged according to his / her performance for the Puja in the yesteryears ) will get a Memento and Certificate In each apartment we will give a Memento to the President as the Regards

20 Mileage: Mileages as we are planning: The whole event from “Semi-Final” will be telecasted in one of the channel like Hi News, Rupasi etc. A promo teaser will be announced with one of the FM channel like JU FM / Radio Mirchi / Red FM / AMAR FM On the “Mega-Final” day we will bring some celebrity guest (not yet confirmed) On the “Mega-Final” day we will also arrange a PR activity to cater the Print Media

21 Terms & Conditions:  Payment Rules  every Sponsors will have to pay 60% of the total fixed up sponsorship budget on or before 20 th August 2014  Balance amount of the sponsorship budget will be payable by all sponsors within 20 th September 2014  All payments are payable in favour of “SumOne India Events & Entertainments” payable at Kolkata  If not paid by cash then there will service tax applicable  Confirmation Rules  All the sponsors will have to confirm their participation on or before 18 th August 2014, after this date no participations will be entertained  When confirming for the sponsorship need to provide a written confir- -mation letter along with advance

22 Terms & Conditions:  The list of apartment which we have provided will be confirmed as first come first serve basis (32 apartments), will be finalized by 15 th August 14  The Event flow can't be modified or changed  Sequence concepts can be modified with a mutual discussion  Once Sponsorships confirmed can not be cancelled  If the event get postponed due to any natural calamity or any unavoidable circumstances any of the parties can not be hold responsible for, but it would be re-scheduled on a mutual discussion basis  In case of event rules or regulations “YUBANATYAM” or “SUMONE INDIA EVENTS & ENTERTAINMENTS” decisions are final  If in case of any change in the schedule or in the event flow all the sponsors will be informed through mail  All our commitments are based on sponsorship arrangements, may vary as it was suppose to be  After receiving the advance amount from any sponsor if we do not receive the balance amount within the fixed time the participation will be cancelled and advance amount will be forfeited  Your help & support are expected for the event  As we are continuing this event from last 6 years, so hoping to continue the same in the coming years as well  Other Rules

23 Important Notes:  This project will going to give you a fantastic awareness about your company and your product among the end users  Here you can directly interact with the end users  We can have their feedbacks, which will help you understand your market standing from the view point of end users  On the competition as all the participants can use your products, so utility and its usefulness will clear to the end users  By providing gift Hampers to the participants you can easily make them use your product  All the feedbacks you get from this event will be very genuine  A relationship established with Housings and with their habitants  As we are also taking other sponsors, so there will be a interchange awareness will be created among the end users  After this event the demand for your product may get increase, so that you can also pressurize your dealers for more lifting in quantity
