Contracts How you receive them our deployment team will email you in advance of each exam series you will receive one contract for each unit contracts are issued via Edexcel Gateway What you need to do accept each contract that you have been issued (you cannot mark until this happens). if you accept a contract but later feel that you cannot mark you MUST inform the deployment team immediately.
Your contract Details of exam session you will be contracted to mark for and your role Your name Your AA number (also known as examiner number) The type of marking you have been contracted for – Type 1 (expert), or - Type 2 (graduate)
Your contract – details & fees The paper details The subject you are marking Your contracted role Details about standardisation How many items you will be marking in total Final Deadline for completion Payment details Milestones to help you pace your marking

Knowing our different systems … ePen – www.exam2score.comwww.exam2score.com Our online marking system You can access training on this system through the above link This training is not subject specific, but to help you familiarise yourself with the functions of ePEN Centra – http://edexcel.centra.comhttp://edexcel.centra.com A virtual meeting facility used for some standardisation meetings. It will be clear from your contract if your standardisation meeting is on Centra The Centra Support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) will contact you with details of the training you need to email@example.com
Usernames and passwords For each system that you use you will need a username and password. Edexcel Gateway Your username is the email address you have registered with us, your password will be either one you selected or one you are were when you registered Centra The first time you use Centra you will be provided with a username and password via email ePEN Each exam series you will be emailed a new username and password If you forget your username or password for any of these systems contact our AA helpdesk (0800 169 9202)
Fees Standardisation meeting: £150 (automatic) Marking fees– see your contract Mileage – 40p per mile. Send claim forms to Claims Control, Edexcel, 190 High Holborn, WC1V 7BH. Teacher Release: £189 per full day (the Head Teacher must sign this form; send a copy sent to Claims Control)
When completing the form: Include the name of the person at Edexcel who this work was for Make sure you include all your details eg AA number Include the correct syllabus number eg: 6HI01 A Attach ALL receipts Keep the pink copy of the form Make sure you claim within 3 months Automatic payments will be made for: attending standardisation completing marking responsibility fees Claiming expenses
My payments The ‘My payments’ section on your Edexcel Gateway will allow you to: View a summary of your most recent payments (including fees & expenses) View a breakdown of all your payments (type, description, date and value) Export your payment details to a CSV file that can be used in Excel so that you can maintain your own payment records Apply filters by activity and payment type or date range View new payment details as soon as they are released for payment (note it may take a few days for the payment to reach your account, depending on your bank’s clearing system) You will still receive notification through the post of all payments made. The online system is completely secure and designed to give you this information all in one place.
Accessing – My Payments To access the ‘My Payments’ section of your Edexcel Gateway account: Log on to your Edexcel Gateway account at www.edexcelgateway.com www.edexcelgateway.com On the menu on the left hand side ‘select ‘My Payments’ Choose the ‘Payments History’ menu option
