8 V16_ LED T8EX 4ft Tube External Driver Series HPL Technologies uses an external driver for their tubes systems. This provides a system designed for maximum life and consistent performance. With an external driver you separate the heat produced by both the LED chips and driver and greatly reduce the accelerated wear on both components. Each tube is driven on its own channel and is not affected by the other tubes in the system. HPL Technologies uses current production top of the line LED Chips.
