Self – Control & Emotional Intelligence Definition Self Control Control of one’s emotions, desires, or actions by one’s own will. Definition of Emotional Intelligence The ability to perceive and understand personal feelings and those of others. We must know ourselves (self-awareness) What make you angry, sad, fearful, frustrated, tearful? What makes you happy, joyful, excited, peaceful? How do we react to our emotions and control them?
Brave (OUTWARD) (You do not show fear in body language, speech, emotions, actions) Definition of Brave: Function: Adjective (Action) Meaning: feeling or displaying no fear by temperament.
