15 Your Focus: Eliminate Distractions Places NOT to do work: Spicy, the night bazar, in front of the TV, hanging out, in bed.

16 Your Focus: Eliminate Distractions A good Environment: Quiet, Comfortable, bodily and emotional satisfaction
