2 NRCCL (University of Oslo, Faculty of Law) The problem to be resarched A woman taking a shortcut across a pasture, was injuried when escaping a bull. The pasture was fenced off. The injuries were suffered when climbing the fence, falling and cutting the leg. The injuriy had to be stiched, isolating the woman in her four story apartment. It turned out the bull was friendly, and only wanted a cuddle.
