TOOK ON TX DEBTS 6. SLAVE TRADE IS ABOLISHED IN D.C. BUT STILL HAD SLAVERY 7. CONGRESS C/N INTERFERE WITH SLAVE TRADE 8. NEW FUGITIVE SLAVE LAW PASSED
