ADPD looks for things a pupil already knows. That is the starting point for help. Vision / starting point of ADPD should be the leading principles: educational optimism ownership starting with chances directed to solutions/ directed to action central role for the teacher

Everyone is the owner of his own development! Don’t talk over the pupil, but with the pupil.
