The Holy Spirit Gives Us the Bible
Last Week’s Message Acts 20:22–24 Going to Jerusalem… Acts 20:25-32 Care for the flock, watch out for wolves… How are we to differentiate between good and bad teaching?
John 8: So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, 32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
Jesus Prepares His Disciples John 14:25–26 25 “These things I have spoken to you while I am still with you. 26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.
The Holy Spirit is Sent Acts 2:42–43 42 And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. 43 And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. What happens when there aren’t enough apostles to tell people what Jesus said and did?
