1 Selecting Multiple Years For example I want total trade for December 2009, 2010 and 2011

2 30/03/20122 1. Click on STATISTICS, then BUILD YOUR OWN TABLES from the drop-down menu. 2. Click on Data by Commodity Code from the left hand menu.

3 30/03/20123 You will be presented with our default table. This shows: Both EU and Non EU data for all four suites (Imports, Exports, Arrivals and Dispatches, Latest 3 months data for all commodities up to HS2 3. Click on the down arrow box next to Year to obtain the drop down menu You will see that some years have been ticked (this creates the default view) 4. To clear the default view, click on the Show All box

4 30/03/20124 5. Click on the Expand All (+) box by the year you are interested in (in this case 2011) 6. Click on the month(s) you want (in this case December)

5 30/03/20125 7. Use the scroll bar to scroll down to the next year you are interested in (in this case 2010) 8. Click on the Expand All (+) box by 2010 and click on the month(s) you want (in this case December again) 9. Again use the scroll bar to scroll down to the next year you are interested in (in this case 2009) 10. Click on the Expand All (+) box by 2009 and click on the month(s) you want (in this case December again) 11. When you have completed your selections, click on OK

6 30/03/20126 Your table is produced showing the December 2009, 2010 and 2011 selections as requested. To make your table clearer…. 12… Hover over the Expand (+) box and right click your mouse. 13. A drop-down menu appears. Left click on the Expand All option

7 30/03/20127 Your table now shows the months you have selected as well as the years
