Make the buttons and find friends text bigger Replace menu with navigation buttons Better gamification : either make clearer by using pop ups or shift it into a stats page. Eliminate friend points from the home page Integrate Facebook onto the application and visible on the home page Add Emojis and badges as additional motivational methods
