Milk is a living tissue and without the proper care, it ends up a damaged and fragmented product. 2. Oestrogen levels in milk are a problem and result in hormone related health issues in both men and women. 3. Milk comes from a lactating cow. Natural unpasteurised milk is an ideal source of nourishment..for the calf. 4. We loose the enzyme lactase to digest any milk after the age of 3. 6. 9 WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PROTEIN FROM? A few facts about protein to tickle your curiosity. Mothers milk contains only 6% protein. Infancy is the time we need the most protein for growth. The "average" diet contains 15-35% protein. High protein foods especially animal protein causes high inflammation and acidity in the body. Plant based protein that contains chlorophyll is the most alkalising on the body.
