13 01 Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering Introduction The Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering will reward and celebrate an individual (or up to three individuals) responsible for a ground- breaking innovation in engineering that has been of global benefit to humanity The prize will be awarded biennially and is worth £1million. It will be awarded by Her Majesty, the Queen.
