An editorial is an article in a newspaper or other periodical Ex. The publisher expressed his opinion in the editorial.
Hesitation is a delay due to uncertainty of mind or fear Ex. His hesitation caused him the championship.
Incredulous is skeptical Ex. The girl had an incredulous smile.
Nonchalantly is coolly unconcerned; casually Ex. She nonchalantly gave up her phone as if it didn’t bother her to be punished.
Rebellious is defying or resisting established authority Ex. The rebellious girl did not listen to any directions given to her.
A reputation is an estimation in which a person or thing is held Ex. Due to good grades, manners, and a good behavior, the boy earned himself a good reputation.
A rivalry is an action, position, or relation of a rival Ex. There is a big rivalry between Texas and Arkansas.
Sarcasm is a sneering or cutting remark Ex. I could hear the sarcasm in his voice when he mocked the girl.
Sympathetic is characterized by, proceeding from, exhibiting, or feeling sympathy Ex. The girl showed to be sympathetic when she helped a friend in need.
Unfathomable is immeasurable, incomprehensible Ex. Nobody could understand the complex, unfathomable sentence.
