Welcome to Windsor Beach Technologies 1. We are AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & NADCAP AS7003 (Non-Destructive Testing & Non-Conventional Machining) Certified with significant inspection and measurement assets. 2. We use statistical process techniques to control machine processes. 3. Our machine tools include 9 Swiss Style Turn machines (including 13 axis) for the most efficient processing of small turned components. 4. Additionally, we have 11 CNC Mills with a variety of trunnion and indexer options. Included are 2 new 40 Taper OKK Horizontal Mills and a HAAS UMC750 5-Axis Mill. 5. To round out our shop we have Wire, Sinker and Drill EDM, CNC Lathes, Tig Weld, and Assembly. 6. We support JIT, Kanban, and forecasting type orders. Our staff is very familiar with new customer specifications and inventory initiative requirements for first article, PFMEA's, and Control Plans. 7. Participation in design reviews by our skilled staff and assistance during prototyping is provided to develop the most efficient manufacturing process. Customer confidentiality is respected at all times.
Parts & Assemblies – Product Realization PMI - Positive Material Identification procedures verify EVERY BAR OF MATERIAL at receipt and in-process to safeguard against Material Substitution using an on-site x-ray analyzer. Drawings, routing, set up sheets, and work instructions are developed for each job. JobBoss, an integrated software package, helps to coordinate traceability and shop floor control. Machined parts pass in-process inspections that are based on machine capabilities for the tolerances of each feature and machine process. Finished parts pass final inspection and may include 100% inspection for critical or major dimensions as required by customers. FAIR, PFMEA, CPK Study, and a variety of specific customer required reports are supported for most jobs. High Temp alloys for Aerospace customers can be machined and EDM’d. Experience machining both Conventional Metals (303-304-316-4140-4150-625-INCO 625-HAST X-Titanium) and Plastics (CPVC-Delrin150E-ABS-Nylon-Kynar). Quality is our Top Priority

2008 Investment EDM Department with Special Process Approval Horizontal Mill to expand milling capabilities. 2008 Capital Investment exceeded $1.3 million. Significant department improvements include: Creation of EDM area with Special Process approval – Wire, Sinker, EDM Drill and dedicated carbon mill CNC Milling grew to 12 machines after adding Vertical Mill with probe technology and a 40 taper horizontal mill. Tig weld area to offer complete assemblies to Instrument customers.
2009 Investment Kellenberger Grinder EDM Department Dedicated Carbon Mill 2009 Capital Investment exceeded $400,000 Significant department improvements include: Kellenberger Grinder fo r complex CNC OD, ID and Thread Grinding to compliment existing grinder assets. Carbon Mill for repeatable and faster Electrode machining. Electrodes stocked in the 32 station carousel enables our CNC EDM Sinker to run as a lights out operation.

Stocking / Inventory Programs Currently support Kanban Contracts with 2 day delivery lead time for Aerospace customer. Currently support inventory management program with 3 day JIT releases for medical parts customer. Focus set up reduction efforts toward part families to reduce batch sizes. Use web based customer portals daily for inventory, shipping, and performance tracking.
