Surveys From the Enlighten Menu click on ‘Surveys’. You have the option here to create a number of survey questions to ask patients as the use the self check-in. You can only enable ONE survey at a time. To create a new survey click on ‘New’. You can rename your ‘New Survey’ by clicking on Rename your Survey and click on ‘Save’. To begin creating your survey, click once on the survey you would like to use and then select ‘Survey Questions’. Click on ‘Add New Primary Question’. Type your question in the white area. By clicking on ‘Options’, you can decide on how to target this question: - Select if this question is related to ‘Males’, ‘Females’ or ‘Anybody’. -You can choose a ‘Age Range’. - By clicking on you tick if this question is related to a particular member of Staff (for which you can use within ‘Reports’) or if it relates to ‘All Staff’. - If you would like this question to be answered again after certain number of days, type in a number you require this to be repeated. Click on ‘Save’ to save your question and settings.
To add a ‘response’, click on the question and select
Users Each member of staff can either have their individual logins or you can set up generic logins depending on access rights. From the Enlighten Menu select ‘Users’. Click on ‘New User’ to create a new login. Another window will open allowing to enter user details. Username = This is the login name. User Type = By clicking on select the Appointment Diary’s for this user to access. Password = Create a memorable password to login. Confirm Password = Retype the password you have created. Description = This is optional, it is a description of the user login details. Click on ‘Save’ when completed.
Patient Calling From the Enlighten Menu select Patient Calling.
