Calgary,Alberta n Calgary is home to 750,000 people. It is located about 120 miles north of the Canadien and U.S border. It is also home to the Great Canadian Rocky Mountains!
Resources n Calgary is the home to Canada’s largest oil and gas sector. If you ever visit, then you will notice the many miles of gas lines which run above the ground. Oil is another big resource for Calgary as well as farming. From an arial view you can see the thousands of acres of farm land throughout the area.
Back Country n Calgary is known for some of the best tourist attractions in the world. From the Great Canadian Rocky Mountains to the great Bow River which is world renown for its trout fishing. Ski or snow board all year round in Banff or soak up some rays after a day of hiking in the mountains in the pools of the hot springs! If that doesn’t get shivers down your spine, then maybe the sight of the ram,elk or bears will!
Culture n Calgary is home to thousands of people from around the world. Calgary seems to be able to combine all these different cultures into one by ways through big events such as concerts,Calgary Stampede and many others which seems to create a sense of harmony between cultures.
Sports Enthusiast nCnCnCnCalgary is one of the most exciting places to be when it comes to sports.
