1. Begin your order from the Central Stores home page

2. Log in

3. Enter your order information

4. Enter your delivery and account information then submit your order

5. Receiving your Cylinder(s) Make sure there is adequate space and there are approved cylinder restraints and brackets for new cylinders in your lab Always keep the cap on the cylinder when not hooked up to a regulator Keep the path to the cylinder(s) clear for Central Stores delivery personnel

6. New Cylinder(s) When you receive your cylinder(s) they will have a yellow sticker attached to them. Central Stores uses this sticker to record delivery information to your lab location. Please do not remove them. The sticker will be needed to record that Central Stores has removed the cylinder(s) from your lab and will help you identify any cylinders that need to be returned to the supplier.

7. Returning Cylinder(s) Mark the cylinder that is to be returned (see next slide) Remove the regulator (Central Stores is not responsible for removing regulators for safety reasons and to ensure experimental integrity) Contact Central Stores to schedule removal or indicate your returns on your next order
