2 BE HAPPY How you act can be the key to happiness. Think about how your actions can effect those around you in both positive and negative ways. If you choose to do the right thing it can make you a happier person and all those around you happier also.

3 BE HAPPY Think about times in your life when you were happy. What were the people around you doing? Were these people happy? Think about times when you were not happy. Are there things you could do to make yourself happier?

4 HELP YOUR PARENTS Watch the following video clip. ohappiness/precepts/honor-and-help-your- parents.html ohappiness/precepts/honor-and-help-your- parents.html What would your parents say if you did this? How do you think they would feel? How would you feel?

Do you think you could stand up and make the right choice like the boy and his friends did?

7 BE WORTHY OF TRUST Watch the following video. appiness/precepts/be-worthy-of-trust.html appiness/precepts/be-worthy-of-trust.html Is it important for you to keep your word? Why? Trust is very important to keep but it can be broken very easily. If you make promises, keep them.

That’s right, people were treating the next person that they saw the same way they were treated. Wouldn’t it have been a lot better if they treated each other in a good way.

14 HAPPINESS Wouldn’t the world be a better place if everyone is happy. Think about your actions and how you treat others. If you treat others how you would like them to treat you, everyone will be happier!
