Department Tutoring If a student needs/wants any extra help outside of their scheduled class time, they are always more than welcome to go to tutoring before or after school. There are tutoring schedules posted outside of each Tx History teacher’s doors. Ms. Pellegrino and Ms. Schwegman can tutor any 7th grade Tx History student during those tutoring times. (Coach Clemmons and Coach Schubert are unavailble for tutoring as they have athletics everyday before and after school).
Canvas Beginning in 7th grade, students across Allen ISD begin using an online learning platform called “Canvas”, through which they can complete assignments, engage in discussion boards, take quizzes, print off notes/previous assignments, etc. They will need to be comfortable with using Canvas, as the program will be used throughout their Middle School and High School curricula. To log on to Canvas, students should open Google Chrome and enter the following url: CANVAS.ALLENISD.ORG
