Block 21: BLANK Block 22: primary graders make billet recommendation for next semester. Comments should reflect individual accurately and be positive Quantifiable is best, but quality is important too Describe the person, don’t use general comments Great example of a midshipmen. Shows potential. How? Clippard has stepped up to act as platoon sergeant several times this semester and has taken on the additional responsibilities of this position when needed. He has shown great potential for this billet in the future. He also pushes himself at every PT session and aspires to one day be able to run as fast as Ward.
