Presenters: Justin, Flona, Anita Dec. 26, 2011 Alternative Assessment Oral Presentation about Interesting Topic

Selective A2 level course 3 hours per week 30 students in the class Background music (ex: light music)
Undergraduates are from different countries Non-English major students Suggest students selecting A1 level course before to the A2 level course

Students choose an Interesting topic for their own oral presentation in 35 mins 4-5 reporters every week Teacher plays background music at the beginning of the class The music would stop when activities begin Short intro. in 5 mins Audience may select topics
Separate into small groups for each presentation Oral presentation in 20 mins Teacher would observe and make notes during the presentation Q&A session in 10 mins Speakers and audience must finish assessment sheet with background music
