2 Introduction Beginning of the XXI century is connected with cardinal changes in the position of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the global community. In this regard, there is a need in ensuring of the state’s security, maintaining the integrity of borders and sovereignty. In the country were denoted new reference points of the military reform: the transition to a professional army; reduction of the personnel’s number by modernizing of combat assets, created on the basis of information technologies; use of the protection of the state borders of the new generation. Prioritized vector of reforms is recognition of human factor’s importance as the main guarantor of positive changes in the Armed Forces. With drawing attention to the reform of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the modern military doctrine there is a need of study and scientific substantiation of military specialists’ quality training. A special place occupies training of military aviation professionals. An aviation activity belongs to the most specific human activities, and learning it has always been too special. Complexity, responsibility and the risk of flight activity, especially training of pilots, social and economic factors of life and activity, physical and mental status, determine the high level of their workers and mental exertion. icCSBs January

3 Methodology Analysis and solution of the tasks set out in present research was carried out from 2012 to 2014 on the basis of the Military Institute of Air Defense Forces. Empirical studies during 2 years have been reached over 120 people. Age of subjects is from 17 to 22 years. All subjects are of male gender, representatives of the titular nationality constitute in total 95% of the total number of learners. Table 1. 4 Results For the diagnosis of psycho physiological PIQ was used questionnaire of H. Eysenck on definition of temperament and test for detection of cerebral hemispheres’ functional asymmetry. Temperament is one of the most important congenital properties of the personality. Most researchers recognize that temperament - a biological foundation on which is formed personality as a social being, and properties of the personality caused by temperament, are the most stable and long-lasting. Fig. 1.Ratio of temperaments’ manifestation at cadets of the 1 st and3 rd courses. As a result of conducted research we obtained the following data presented in the diagram (Fig. 2). icCSBs January

5 Results Minor discrepancies of obtained results among freshmen and senior students reveal certain regularity. As the hemisphere dominance is a congenital, psychophysiological caused quality, we can assume that the choice of occupation military pilot is not random, but quite logical fact. This idea is not new to psychology, and has a scientific basis in a number of studies. Besides, by results obtained in the course of the study psycho physiological PIQ is revealed correlation connection between temperament and the dominant hemisphere r xy=,450 **. We carried out training on the development of spatial perception using psychological tools. For the effectiveness’s diagnosis of the above mentioned PIQ were used method “compass”, Spatial Orientation Test Table 2. 6 Conclusion According to the results of our research we can conclude that the main professional qualities, in the opinion of the students, are formed by the students by the third year of training, which falls on the stage of professional growth. Thus, based on the results of the study we can draw general conclusions: - in the first year are active processes of adaptation to living conditions and life in the military high school, it imposes a significant imprint on the minds and behavior of students; -first-year students are in need of psychological support for the early completion of adaptation to the new conditions; -senior students already have a set of specific knowledge and skills out of stressful situations, behavior in extreme conditions, about methods of cognitive processes, leadership, etc.; -choice of the military profession is not random, has psycho physiological basis: depends on the temperament and the dominance of the cerebral hemispheres - in military schools come mainly sanguine persons and choleric persons with the dominance of the left hemisphere. icCSBs January

7 Conclusion Thus, the most stable and productive stage of military aviation specialist’s professional development is the period of study on the senior courses. As it was noted earlier, on the third course most clearly manifested cognitive activity of cadets that promotes the development of professionally important qualities as an integral part of the overall competence of military aviation professionals. Integral indicator of technical education’s high quality in the conditions of military high school is competence of graduates, which is shown in aspiration and the ability to realize their intellectual and spiritual potential for success in the professional military sphere. All this forms the need in quality organization and conduct of psychological support the military aviation professionals’ formation’ process through the development of professionally important qualities. In carrying out of correlation analysis using Pearson criterion, a significant interconnections between the presence of “mirror” display space and dominance of the right or the left brain’s hemisphere in our sample of cadets was not identified. icCSBs January
