Student doesn’t have to decide on a diploma as a freshman & they can change diploma types DIPLOMA REQUIREMENTS EXPLAINED ON PAGE 3 IN THE COURSE CATALOG. Core 40 Diploma: ◦ 40 credits Academic Honors & Technical Honors: ◦ 47 credits ◦ B- cumulative average ◦ No grade lower than a C- in any core classes ◦ AND each diploma has additional requirements
CNHS has an 8 period day 7:45-3:15 Each period is 45 minutes Lunch during 5 th period in the cafeteria Freshmen take 7 classes & a resource. English, Math and Science are required. 4 years of English & Math required for graduation Preparing for College and Careers is a required course. (1 semester) Freshman are strongly encouraged to take PE and Social Studies
