5 © Membership Recommendations These will be By-Law Changes and be in effect regardless of the Membership Program in effect Minimum of 18 years old to join  Other NPHC – No Minimum Minimum 2.7 GPA Other NPHC at 2.5 2 nd Semester Freshmen Eligible Minimum of 16 credit hours having been completed on the university of the application, in a standard semester system (Quarter system requires 25 credits) Other NPHC at currently allow 2 nd Semester freshmen Proposed By-Laws Changes FAILED

6 © Membership Recommendations Note: Each of the Recommendations Failed at the 2008 Grand Conclave. Therefore the current requirements will remain in effect. Undergrads: 2.5 GPA (on a 4.0 system) and 36 Credits - Semester System (or 54 credits in Quarter System) Proposed By-Laws Changes

District Representative’s Designee Shall insure that the Lampados Process is followed to the spirit and intent of the guidelines of the Fraternity. Shall select a Designee to oversee the Lampados process at a particular Chapter. Shall oversee the Lampados process at a particular Chapter. Responsible for insuring that the spirit of the process is followed as designed.
