Assemble barrels by double-clicking on list or icon (also can drag-and-drop)
Assemble screw configuration from component library (either click on component name or drag and drop using mouse) Inventory feature keeps track of elements on-hand, warning message when you exceed inventory level
Cumulative barrel, shaft and screw lengths displayed here Rotate screws to see animation
Input all operating conditions to be stored, printed with screw
You can change color coding of elements
You can change units used for displaying operating conditions
Input all details for die, breaker plate and screens
Export screw configuration (with or without operating conditions, with or without element identification) as bitmap images, then paste into any Windows application (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
