10 Amending s , F. S. Eliminating certain duties of the Department of Environmental Protection with respect to its review of applications for federal grants and the operation of the Florida State Clearinghouse

Eliminating certain duties of the Department of Environmental Protection with respect to its review of applications for federal grants and the operation of the Florida State Clearinghouse Removes the designation of state single point of contact from the Florida State Clearinghouse

Eliminating certain duties of the Department of Environmental Protection with respect to its review of applications for federal grants and the operation of the Florida State Clearinghouse Removes the designation of state single point of contact from the Florida State Clearinghouse Maintains the role of DEP to be responsible for coordinating interagency reviews of federal activities and actions subject to the federal consistency requirements of s. 307 of the Coastal Zone Management Act and; documents prepared pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act, 42 U.S.C. ss et seq., and the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, 43 U.S.C. ss et seq.
