Checking Numbers Fuel and Distance Report The Fuel and Distance report provides a complete break down of fuel type usage based on the Return Year and Quarter of a particular transmittal.
Transmittals The Transmittal pages provide a lot of detail and breakdown of numbers that may be useful for Auditors. We have created ‘Derived by IFTA, Inc.’ totals so a users can scan the numbers to look for any inconsistencies in the data. This data is just a pointer and is not official in anyway. The official numbers are the ones sent in by the Jurisdiction, these should always be used.
Transmittals – Return Type Breakdown More “Derived by IFTA, Inc.” totals are provided to show the breakdown of Return Types.
Transmittals – Surcharge Breakdown Just recently, at the bottom of the Transmittal page, is a breakdown of Surcharge and Non-Surcharge lines. This is just another pointer to help identify inconsistencies in the data.
