2  $5,500,000 (including NAHTF & HOME funds) will be available within DED’s Annual Cycle.  Includes $360,000 for the Non-Profit Operating Assistance applications & $5,140,000 for other applications  After the highest scoring project in each investment zone has been designated, the remaining funds will be available statewide.  Any funds not utilized for Non-Profit Operating Assistance will be reallocated within Annual Cycle Pool. 2

17  Failure of the Application to meet all of the threshold requirements (Scoring 55 points within the Pre-Application & Threshold Questions Sections) will result in the Application not being funded during the 2013 NAHP Cycles.  In addition, within the Annual & CDBG Cycles failure of the Applicant to score 130 total points on the final application will result in the Application not being funded during the 2013 NAHP Cycles. 17

18  Additionally, within the Non-Profit Operating Pool, failure of the Applicant to score 50% of the total points on the final application will result in the Application not being funded during the 2013 NAHP Cycle.  The Application questions are locked. Altering the questions in any way, may result in a 20 point scoring deduction. 18

19  Demolition can be included with any eligible activity and it doesn’t have to be on the same site with the other activity.  For CDBG OOR projects, ONLY local units of government classified as a municipality (i.e. City or Village) are eligible to apply. No county wide project. 19
