Post a sign on the outside of the classroom door: “Testing: Do Not Disturb.” Must have 1 proctor for more than 30 students. 26 TESTING: Small Group Kits Small Group Kits are for those students who need a special administration of the exam in a small group environment. Small Group Kits consist of 10 test books of the same grade and form and the appropriate examiners manual for that form. Forms may be different than the forms shipped to schools. For Grades 1 & 2 the inclusion of the Examiner’s Manual ensures proper oral administration of the form. For Grades 3-8, schools can also use regular overage materials to create Small Group Kits of a common form.

27 TESTING: Irregularities All test administration irregularities must be reported by Examiners to the School Test Coordinator. The School Test Coordinator reports the irregularity to the School Principal. The School Principal and School Test Coordinator decide if the irregularity is severe enough to report to the System Test Coordinator. The School Test Coordinator completes the Testing Irregularities Documentation Form (provided online at and sends it to the System Test Coordinator. The System Test Coordinator contacts the GaDOE immediately for direction. The System Test Coordinator will investigate and code answer document if instructed to do so by the GaDOE.
