Define and offer advantages and disadvantages of qualitative and quantitative research methods including laboratory experiments, field experiments, natural experiments, correlations, observations, questionnaires, interviews and case studies. Issues of reliability and ways of ensuring reliability (split-half, test-retest, interrater).
