4. 4 Check mark, Suggest Subject Terms. Type your first term in the first row box. Click on, Search Education, Non- Traditional, is a good option. Sometimes there are multiple options and all can be check marked. Sometimes clicking on Next, will allow you to view more options. For this search we’ll just use one.

14. 14 Your original search had 808 possibilities. Adding the 3 rd term and limiting to Research Articles brings this down to 20. If you are trying this search your results could be different. These databases are regularly updated.

15. 15 Probably limiting to research articles will ensure that most are peer- reviewed, but to be sure, you can also limit to Peer-reviewed. Click on Show More again and check mark Peer Reviewed. Now you are down to 16!
