Foods II Enterprise Foods II students have the opportunity to take the ServeSafe Certification Test Recent legislation dictates that every food establishment must have a ServSafe Certified employee on premise, at all times. This makes certification a very valuable tool for our students. We also put into practical play, the applications of yeast breads,cakes, and cupcakes, with 21st century business experiences.
