Standards 3 awards per year –Certificates, Associates, Baccalaureate, Post-Baccalaureate 2 awards per year –Master’s, Specialist 1 award per year –Doctoral, First-Professional
Methodology Allow time for programs to develop –3 years for Certificate and Associates –5 years for Baccalaureate and higher Average degrees awarded for recent years –2 years for Certificate and Associates –3 years for Baccalaureate and higher Compare to standards
Graduate Certificate Programs Approved 2001-02 Productivity Standard: Average of 3 awards over 2004-05, 2005-06, and 2006-07

Summary Additional review of proposal and approval process for new programs -Estimated graduate numbers added to new program proposal -Director will send notification to Presidents and Chancellors for programs not meeting standards Consider industry and economic needs Evaluate productivity standards
