3. PUSD CLN Priorities 1.Oppose legislation that impedes, restricts or limits local control and governance. 2.Support legislation that would revise the current school funding formula to ensure equal, adequate and transparent funding for both public charter and school districts that enable students to become college and career ready. 3.Support taxation legislation that addresses the fiscal needs of public education and ensures all property owners are paying the full qualifying tax rate (QTR). 4.Oppose any legislation that would undercut voter- approved education measures.
