Overview During negotiations, which spanned a time period of almost two years, the Team amended 31 of 37 Articles and added additional Articles. At the same time, resisting concession that the Judicial Branch attempted to gain during the process.
Overview Almost all Articles had Substantive Changes 3 new Articles were added Many Articles had Ministerial/Scrivener Changes 5 Articles kept the current contract language

Employees must conduct themselves in a manner which will uphold the dignity and integrity of the Judicial Branch. Employees must observe standards of fidelity and diligence appropriate to their position the Judicial Branch.
