4 1. Overview (Why SIP-Based DECT)
In Expensive Wireless solution with SIP based DECT solution High Quality Voice with Noise reduction Dramatically Reduce Wire installation cost in large service area. Easy install and maintenance with Firmware Air-download No separate server or GW is required with NS1000, Offer high-quality Business Communication, with most Reliable DECT Technology. LAN Spec. Radio technology DECT VoIP signaling SIP Number of Handsets Max. 255 handsets *1 Number of CS Max. 128 CS Max. 32 CS/8Air sync group CS synchronization Air synchronization Handover Yes (seamless) Cell Station Cell Station

5 1. Overview (Hand Over) SIP based DECT phone satisfies needs of personnel who want to be always ready to talk to partners or customers anywhere and anytime within their company. NS1000 <Cell Station> <Cell Station> 共通内容メモ削除 Hand Over <PS> <PS> <PS> <PS>

6 1. Overview Multi Zone PS can be reception which is located anywhere.
The whole building becomes the communication zone. Retail Store Features and Benefits Office Hallways On-site employees: efficient because it is not necessary to return to the office to make a call. Hand-over Automotive Dealership Call receptionists: less trouble because the person to transfer the call to can be anywhere. Customers: improved CS because there is less time spent waiting to transfer calls. Factory Meeting Room Storage Suitable Environments Frequent moving about inside the company 6

7 1. Overview Move to other System/Location
PS can be moved from original site to the other site. In this condition, the PS must be resisted to other unit also PS can be resisted up to 4 different Cell Station (Need to regist NS1000 also) Master Units Slave Units IP <Cell Station-1-> <Cell Station-2-> A PS Ring group is a group of PS extensions that receives incoming calls. When a call arrives at the PS Ring group, the member PSs simultaneously ring. (AN1)A virtual extension number, called a Floating Extension Number, is assigned to each PS Ring Group. (AN2)By setting the destination of incoming calls to the Floating Extension Number, calls are distributed to the corresponding PS Ring Group. (AN3)Also, a PS can belong to more than one PS ring group. For example, (AN4)PS04 is a member of group 1 and group 2. (AN5)Next we will explain the differences between a PS Ring Group and an ICD Group. When calls arrive at the PS Ring groups, only one channel is used for each PS Ring Group. Also, PS users in the PS Ring Group cannot use the Login/Logout and Wrap up features. Move with PS to other site <PS201> <PS301>

55 Air Synchronization Air Synchronization Mater and Slave CS
SIP Based DECT-CS (Mater CS) An CS configured as Master CS will create and send out its own timing and synchronisation. SIP Based DECT-CS (Slave CS) An CS configured as Slave CS will receive timing and synchronisation from CS set to Master CS.

56 Air Synchronization Condition of Air Synchronization
SIP Based DECT-CS Classification CSs are assigned to any one of the following three classifications for Implementing air synchronization. CS Class Description Master CS1 (synchronization source clock) Generates clock signal. Master CS2 (backup for Master CS1) - Receives clock signal from Master CS1 - Can also generate clock signal if Master CS1 malfunctions. Slave CS Receives clock signal from other CSs. (マスターCS2は作らない) Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Level 4 Level 1 It is recommended that the number of levels in the synchronisation hierarchy is minimized for stable air synchronisation. The maximum number of levels is 4. Master CS2
