Cut into quarters and bake mini biscuits for minutes or until golden brown. Ovens may vary, adjust accordingly. Split mini biscuits in ½ and add toppings. SUGGESTIONS 1.Create “mini biscuits” and use as a base for hundreds of hors d’oeuvres 2.Offer a Sh ortcake Bar and let patrons make their own shortcake from Cream Cheese Biscuits, Triple Ginger Biscuits or Blueberry Biscuits and various fruits 3.Offer a Biscuit Bar and let patrons top biscuits with sandwich toppings and local jams and honeys’ 4.Slack Cinnamon Roll and Sticky Bun pucks for 10 minutes, then cut on horizontal axis for 2 oz portions for breakfast buffets.
