2 Dominika Beličková 9.A Steamed buns ( Buchty na pare)

3 Steamed buns Preparation time: 1 hour Ingredients: Milk – 1 cup Flour – 450 grams Egg – 1 piece Jam -350 grams (plum,strawberry or anything you like) Yeast – 25 grams Sugar – 2 tablespoons A bit of salf, chocolate or poppy

4 First: Warm the milk (room temperature) and put the yeast in the half of the milk.

5 2. Put the egg, sugar, salt, flour and the rest of the milk into a bowl and mix them with an electric mixer.

6 3. Blank out a mixture and leave it for minutes ( until it grows to double size )

7 Later: 4. Roll it into 1 cm thick pieces and slice it for square pieces. Put a teaspoon of jam on each piece.

8 5. Fold down the peaces as envelope and cover them with the flour.

9 After it : 6. Boil the water in a saucepan and put a towel over the saucepan....

10 7. Put a few of buns on a towel and blank out them with a bowl.Boil them for 7-8 minutes.

11 Finally : Put them on a plate and cover them with sugar, chacolate or poppy...
