ANIMAL CELL BY: Sampson, Dylan, Kayla The Function’s of A Animal Cell

2
.CELL MEMBRANE FUNCTION-This membrane encloses the cell and encloses the cell and is made from a bi- layer of phospholipids and cholesterol. SCHOOL FUNTION-The school doors enclose the whole school.

3
CYTOPLASM FUNCTION-The cytoplasm plays a mechanical role (to maintain the shape, the consistency). SCHOOL FUNCTION-Teachers keep kids from getting in trouble.

4
GOLGI BODY/APPARATUS/COMPLEX FUNCTION-Modifies chemicals to make them functional. SCHOOL FUNCTION-Modifies computers to make them work.

5
LYSOSOME FUNTION- Lysosomes are membranous sacs that contain acid hydrolysis. SCHOOL FUNCTIONS-Classroom contain student’s during class time.

6
MITOCHONDRIA FUNCTION-Mitochondria are rod-like, double- membrane structures. SCHOOL FUNCTION-The structure of the middle school building.

7
NUCLEUS FUNCTION-This is the largest organelle and is surrounded by the nuclear by the nuclear envelope. SCHOOL FUNCTIONS-The school gym is the biggest room in the school.

8
NUCLEOLUS FUNCTION-The nucleolus is small dense body within the nucleolus. SCHOOL FUNCTION-The smallest room in the whole school.

9
RIBOSOMES FUNCTION-Ribosome are dense particles that consist of two subunits. SCHOOL FUCTIONS-The library and the library computer lab are made up of two rooms. Just like subunits!

10
ROUGH ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM FUNCTION-This membrane system encloses a cavity. SCHOOL FUNCTION-A classroom door encloses the whole classroom.

11
SMOOTH ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM FUNCTION-The smooth endoplasmic reticulum is a membranous system of sacs and tubules. SCHOOL FUNCTION-Kids in a classroom.

12
VACUOLE FUNCTION-A larger storage area within a cell. SCHOOL FUNCTION- Mrs.Ebert’s room has a storage room in side of her classroom.
