Achievements of the Alliance Getting the SADC Protocol and Development adopted in record time. Unique sub-regional instrument that enhances MDG 3 through 28 targets to be achieved by 2015. Civil society strengthening: Roadmap to Equality- best practise, engaging with regional structures. M and E: continues to be a watchdog.
