Ingredien ts : biscuits sugar 2 pots sour cream 1 pot w h ipp ed cream 1 tin fruit 1 vanilla pudding
Instructions : Put a foil into a baking mould. Then put some biscuits on the bottom.
Meanwhile whip the cream with sugar. Afterwards add two pots of sour cream and mix together.
Spread a half of this cream on the biscuits. Next cut the fruit into pieces and put them on the top of the cream. Then add another layer of biscuits, cream and fruit.
Pour the fruit juice in a pot and mix well together. Add water to get 0.5 litre. Boil the mixture until it gets thick.
Then cool this gelatine and then spread it on the top of the cake. Put it in a fridge for 4-5 hours before serving.
