Hopi Priorities in order of importance: 1. Complete Assessment of Capital Resources 2. Establish Passenger Safety and Driver Training standards 3. Begin working towards a Centralized Information & Referral System 4. Increase and Maintain Membership in Coordination Committee 5. Advocacy-Political Support---Achieved November 2013; committee recognized by Hopi Tribal Transportation Task Team
Hopi Solutions/Projects Develop an Outreach Plan Establish a Set Meeting Date— Achieved March 2014 Vehicle Expansion/Replacement based on assessment of capital resources Obtaining additional vehicles Obtain vehicles appropriate for the area Develop standards for Driver Training & Passenger Safety Collect and distribute Information & Referral (begin with flyer and move to website) Develop provider/agency capacity for future projects
