A Remembrance Jeffrey Douglas Campbell January 16, 1958 - June 12, 2012

“Let no one weep for me, or celebrate my funeral with mourning; for I still live, as I pass to and fro through the mouths of men.” - Quintus Ennius “While we are living in the present, we must celebrate life every day, knowing that we are becoming history with every work, every action, every deed.” - Mattie Stepanek

Wish You Were Here !

The Orangewood Eagles – 1969

“My memories are growing up a couple of houses apart from each other. In Pop Warner, you were my hero. You were the handsome, popular running back who consistently led our team, to the promised land. In the final game of our Cinderella season, in what I can best describe as a David vs. Goliath scenario, you came through again to lead our undermanned & undersized Eagles team to a state championship over the perennial champion Scottsdale Cowboys. A wonderful memory that will be with me forever.” “I will always remember your infectious smile & charming personality, especially when I wanted to get closer to the girls in our class.” Ken Anderssohn

So, what’s new ?

"One vivid memory with Jeff was in Mazatlan. Jeff was diving and swimming off of one of the points and captured a large lobster. He took it back to the resort and had the kitchen cook it up for us.” “Whether it was sports, the flumes, desert parties, Natural Bridge, ASU, Mag's Ham Bun, concerts or anything else we did together - Jeff will live on in my memories of those incredulous times we spent together. We lived life to the very fullest - which most only dream about." Bruce Kimura

“I love the picture of Jeff at the table smiling… that’s how I remember him... he was always so nice and smiled every time I saw him. The ladies in the outreach favored Jeff because he was so polite and appreciative for everything they did for him. He was to them a true warm loving person that they just wanted to hug every time they saw him. He has really been missed these past several months by us all.” Blessings, Ricki
