5 NNJHPC – HPOG – Success Story Ricky, one of four children born of a Haitian immigrant and Hispanic parents who had not acquired higher education and, as a result, struggled daily for a better life. Ricky knew that he wanted to have an impact on the world and people in his chosen career.
