In addition to typing, filing, and scheduling; other responsibilities include financial recordkeeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings and working on special projects. Answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Assists a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Assist sales personnel in the set up of new customers, distributing and collecting all necessary paperwork for customer files and maintaining those files (physically & electronically) Using our billing system, issue orders, maintain existing orders as needed for product movements, product changes, freight term changes and price changes. Coordinate Direct Sales projects with sales personnel, including paperwork distribution and collection as well as Direct Sales Reporting Maintain Business Contacts tracking customers vendors, and special interest parties, contact information for mass mailings and reference usage Collect, file and enter all freight rates Under the direction of Technical Services assist in the coordination of request for test reports, mill certifications, certification letters and MSDS reports. Prepare, research, input and file various data associated with credit/debit memos, price changes, freight invoices and other various invoices i.e. tickets
