6.  Honors options are available freshman year – your teachers will explain how this works in the fall!  Advanced Placement courses are for everyone at Madison! You may begin your first AP class your Sophomore year.  Honor Roll requires 6 graded classes (Any class taken for Pass/No Pass credit will not count. Example: Teacher Aide)  Athletics requires passing 6 classes & maintain a 2.0 GPA
